Good for you Ashley. I have been a healthy eater for decades and believe in food as our only healer. Sprouts are great. Everything we grow begin as sprouts. Even we began as sprouts. Enjoy your sprouts!

What has amazed about sprouts is how many sprouts taste like the finished vegetable. Broccoli sprouts taste like broccoli and radish sprouts taste like radishes.

Thanks Aughty! Ves- I was wondering if they taste anything like the vegetables. The have developed radicles now. They should be ready Friday, and I can’t wait to try them.

Mmm, I love sprouts of all sorts. I keep several jars going on the window sill (they don’t need the light, it is just the handy place for me in the kitchen). I can’t do salad or sandwiches without a good heaping of them.

I too watched them all, a lot of useful information. I have a dehydrator and it’s a wonderful addition to my kitchen.
