I pruned all of the branches that were touching the ground, but I am not sure what else to prune, if anything. The tomato plants have grown together, which I know is supposed to be a no no, and some of them seem to be crowded in the cages. I always put the branches on the inside, and let them grow up through.
Should I not do that? Some of them don’t look very good with the leaves all curled in and aren’t growing as fast as the ones that do, of course. The leaves curl in, and as soon as the branches get any length, they sort of loose ridgidity and droop towards the ground. On these, the branches get quite long. Just let them go? They are flowering, that has not seemed to be hindered at all.

I have nothing to provide as help—but we are on the same wavelength—I was writing my own journal entry on this topic moments ago (and also agonzing about whether or not I did it right!)
