Yet again I am surprised by how well my old out of date seeds performed. I got at least a 75 percent germination rate on these seeds so I thinned them all out to 3 seedlings per “pod.” When they get a little bigger I’ll likely thin them out once more leaving just one or 2 plants in each spot.
I’m very excited to try the cinnamon and lemon basil. I think I grew them once before but they never really took off. I’m sure the aerogarden will fix that problem! :)
