But with Nic's potatoes needing to be planted we needed some fresh compost out of the worm bin, so began the task of clearing out the good soil from the bin from the still unbroken down material. We easily managed to get about 20-30 litres of compost from the bin, the only thing stopping from getting more was that I had drained some of the 'worm juice' back into the bin a week earlier so it was a bit too wet to get the most of the soil out.
