Yesterday was a gorgeous day, so I sat on the porch with my dog and a beer and went to work thinning the radishes. It wasn’t easy picking and choosing who got culled from the herd. I’ve tried to replant some of the sprouts in sections that seemed a little thin, but I don’t know if they’ll make it. I ended up with a really delicious micro-green radish salad last night though!
