I wish I had checked the rocket arugula a couple days ago. I was amazed how many little sprouts I saw when I checked them this evening! We’ve had some unseasonably warm days, and today was especially nice. Hopefully they will grow nicely in their “hot tub” even when the colder weather returns, as it no doubt will.
