It’s April 13, and it snowed briefly this morning, but finally a flower (a white crocus by the newspaper tube) is in bud and maybe a day or two from blooming. We had record-breaking snow this winter, half the front yard is still under snow, as well as most of the backyard. I’ve forgotten most of what I planted last fall, of course, so have no idea what to expect over the next few weeks. The end of this week is supposed to be fairly warm, so I hope to see some flowers coming soon!
