Greens are beginning to show signs of heat stress, with the silverbeet beginning to look a bit sad & some of the lettuce bolting to seed. I've been pulling lettuces out whole to eat in salads rather than just harvesting leaves, and letting the greens that don't seem to mind the heat so much (such as the mizuna) expand to take their place. I need to sow some more lettuce seed I think to replace all the ones I'm pulling out.
