This probably seems very close to my previous harvest journal but that was quite a few days overdue. These are 3 brand new zucchinis taken from the 2 Lebanese zucchini vines! 3, why, that's enough for it to feel like an abundance, a bounty, a glut! I have been striving for a zucchini glut since I started gardening (why else would I be growing 7 varieties when everyone warns direly to limit yourself to 2 plants?). Have great hopes of the glut increasing. Would really LOVE the opportunity to get sick of eating my own fresh zucchini. It is one of my absolute favourite vegetables to eat.

Counted with the Greenskin zucchini & the Golden Scallopini squash, that's 5 squashes/zucchinis today. Hurrah!
