6 2008-11-03T06:28:28+11:00 false A few weeks ago we cleared out the cupboard under the stairs, and put al my tools in the loft to make way for the 'cupboard under the stairs garden'. We then planted brown and chestnut mushrooms. Tonight we celebrated the 'fruits' of our labour with the first brown mushroom. As seen in the picture my youngest Daniel, who was supposed to be posing with the prize specimen, decided to have a bit of a nibble. Then I had a bite, it was very nice. After that the other half cooked it and we all tried that too.
