<description>* Green beans are coming in strong and I'm harvesting a good handful every couple days.
* Drying benas are also coming in strong and for now I'm leaving them on the vine since I'm not sure what else to do.
* Celeste and Eva's radishes and carrots are coming along just fine, still seedlings though.
* Squash still haven't done much of anything. They are small and have blooms but that's it.
* Cucumbers are starting up. The one plant that transplanted from the greenhouse has a couple growing on it. The plants that were direct-sowed later are blooming, but no cukes yet that I've seen.
* Corn is putting on tassles but there is a big disparity in size between the well spaced plants and the ones close together, not sure if that means we won't get anything from some of them.
* Onions are still there, not big. Not sure we are going to get anything there (other than green onions)
* Shelling peas are coming in strong also and I'm harvesting a good handful every couple days of these too. I'll probably plant another round in not too long, or we may plant them elsewhere so we can put them on a larger trellis.
* Blueberries were done quite awhile ago.
* Potatoes kind of seem to have stagnated. Not sure what's going on there.
* Tomatoes are all over the place. The only hybrid plant I had was an early girl that I harvested a couple tomatoes from. It has a hanful of green ones that aren't ripening. The other tomato plants have tons of blooms but no fruit with the exception of the cherry tomatoes. Those have a good deal of green tomatoes on them that aren't quite up to size yet.
* Ground cherries are making ground cherries. I've never grown them or seen them before so I don't know how well they are producing really.
* Basil is flourishing right now
* Peppers are doing okay. I have one sweet pepper with fruit on it and a fish pepper with blooms but no fruit. I have two others that have no blooms. They are likely a candidate for moving in to the greenhouse in the near future.

I think that's about it really. There are some other plants here and there doing little. The strawberries did well but the chickens ate all the strawberries. The celery isn't doing much but I think it's crowded. I might move it in to the garden since it's cool weather loving anyway and give it more space. Most of the herbs have gone to seed with the exception of the rosemary and sage. The girls ate most of the lettuce but a few are putting on their second growth, nothing much to mention there yet though. They'll probably do okay before winter.

I'm still debating if I try to plant winter crops or just do a cover. I found a mixed purpose fava bean plant that is good for both so we may do that and till it in in the spring.
