The celery is plugging along. Unfortunately, at least three of the plants have bolted, but the rest seem OK. It’s interesting to see them grow; they seem to have too many stalks careening off the main root to ever be able to form into the traditional compact celery bunch, but I don’t know whether that’s typical or not. All part of the adventure, I guess.
