This guy didn’t do much last year, but it has almost doubled in size since last year, and I’m hopeful that I’ll see blooms this summer. I have no doubt that next year I’ll be complaining about how it’s taking over, but for now it’s finally doing a decent job of filling in the space between some bearded iris and an enormous peony.
