I just received this echeveria Melaco from someone on 8/13/12. I thought I watered just right, but it’s looking a if it’s curling up and drying out. How do I revive my plant? Help!

was the plant a cutting or rooted. Echeveria generally do better on the drier side of watering and if it is a rooted plant and if your location is similar to where it was growing thenyou may need to look at where you have placed it.
is it getting too much sunlight/ heat. if it is a cutting, then the plant will need to re grow roots and get them established before it can take up water.
we grow lots of different echeveria and some are more tricky than others but you may need to post up a picture so we can see what it happening to it. the older leaves may be undergoing a natural process but as you haven;t had the plant for long I would expect that it is something else that is causing the leaves to curl and dry up. dont give up as the plant can grow a baby plant from the leaf if it has a piece of the stem attached.
