When at Menards the other day, I noticed this pool in the Cart Corral and figured someone was throwing it away. I talked to the fellow that retreives the carts and he said I could have it because he was going to throw it in the dumpster. When I opened it there was a hole in the air chamber that looked like it had been chewed by an animal. The hole is the size of a golf ball. Which should be easy to repair. Anyway, thanks to Google, a ten foot diameter pool holds 38 gal per inch of depth. It looks like this pool will hold 24 inches x 38 = 912 gallons. Which is equal to almost 29 trash barrels

I held up the sides with 5 gal buckets and added a couple of inches of water from our well to see if there were any leaks. I connected a hose fitting to the pool drain and let gravity water the garden. It will be a simple connection to add the pool to the line to the rain barrels
