Verbena bonariensis now budding
Saturday, 14 Jul 12 Partly Sunny 18°C / 64°F
The Verbena bonariensis that I planted out on my allotment, Plot 12A, as well as the at the top of Gerry’s allotment, have now started to form their first flower buds. As these plants are well known for attracting bees, not too sure about butterflies, I’m pleased they will soon be in flower. I’m always happy to see bees around flowers & it’s also good for the environment.
