I should be doing college work… so not to much writing here. Just milestones. :)
Happy, and about to have a week off in Kent with the fiancée. Slept most of this weekend, feeling all refreshed.
I am so so so excited about Dungeness!
Anyway, too much writing already, and I am clearly procrastinating…

1: Juttadinteria winteri (from a swap with Armorel last year) has been blooming for a few weeks now!
2: European garden spider – Araneus diadematus in my greenhouse. I’m really getting into spiders at the moment!
3: Grove snail – Cepaea nemoralis. These are common in grassland, but quite rare everywhere else. I found about 20 of them when I was weeding the grass bed at work, and have taken them home and made them a tank. Hopefully they breed… They’re so beautiful. Seen here on the trusty hand-blower… one of my favourite tools. ;)
4: Cotyledon undulata sending up a flower spike, and hitting the greenhouse roof above the shelf on which it stands. I have since moved it, of course. It’s pretty cool seeing the respiration/condensation on the glass above.
5: Gardenia jasminoides looking and smelling lovely.
