The crazy weather we had this spring in 2012 has wiped out my berry crop I was looking forward to. Despite covering. Another year to get stronger and hopefully next year will be better.
Photo 1. The ONLY two blueberries but boy are they beauties.

My poor Azaleas and Hydrangeas got zapped by late frost, which came at the end of April after whole winter of warm temps, including 80’s in March. I hate this crazy weather.

It was kind of crazy. Our NY apple and cherry crop (I’m sure more) have suffered badly. 75% loss. :( I’m stocking up on frozen cherries, which right now for me are 1.90 per pound.

Thanks rosemarieGardener. It’s okay! I think they really could use another year anyway. They are pretty small still. I am just worried for the state agribusiness more so… devastating loss.
