Gardeners' World Live in Birmingham (oh yeah, there was the Good Food Show too!)

Wednesday, 20 Jun 12 Cloudy 23°C / 73°F

Well, it’s been almost a week since I visited the gardeners’ world live show in Birmingham, and all I can say is that I am totally psyched to to improve my garden.

Matt Biggs talked to me! And I learned sooo much on what I still can do with my garden this year, and how to improve it.

Tons of stands with the latest helpful stuff, but wow, the plant part was soooo great. The stands there was so great, it was amazing. Lupins taller than me (5’5"), Geraniums abounding, Victorian plants, hostas, everything under the sun……

it is certainly worth the entrance fee and a nice stay in a hotel nearby. my feet were aching at the end of the day, but it certainly didn’t stop me from going to day two.

I can only suggest to go to the UKers out there. It is fun, and if you take in the expert shows, it’s really enlightening. Also, ask the winemakers, the tomato growers, the cuke growers in the good food show about their growing techniques, you learn soooooo much.

what a great time.

One of these days I will get to it – for now I lap it up on TV. Glad you enjoyed yourself.
