Gerry & I have started picking the Lettuces ‘Paris Island Cos’ that I have growing on my allotment, Plot 12A, this week. Gerry took a couple on Monday morning while I pick one in the afternoon. On Tuesday I took a couple more & today I picked 3 which I gave to my brother & brought another one home for us.
I took some photos using my old mobile phone camera but it hasn’t saved the photos as I thought. It’s difficult to see my new smart phone in bright light so I didn’t use it to take photos. I now know I will have to use it all the time in the future!

They’re not bad. Better than the shop bought ones at any rate!
