Reduced pH of strawberry bed

Strawberry runners have never looked nutritionally balanced. Yellow leaves, getting eaten. Have already been putting nutria old on it , but still not fabulous. Have measured ph as 7. Have watered in 80gm soulful to reduce pH hopefully to 6.
