On Saturday, I transplanted all the garden plants I had sown from seed to our farm garden. My husband did the staking and put up the trellis for our green beans while I planted the tomatoes, melons and the one lone cucumber plant that survived. A very hot day that resulted in sunburn on my shoulders. Today, I put on some sunblock. I wish I would have remembered to do that yesterday.
Today, I planted 6 different types of Coleus in 2 containers against the ugly cinder block garage wall. Then I planted 3 containers of Serena purple angelonia, baby duck petunias & alyssum to put on my deck. I can hardly wait to see the plants in all 5 containers all grown & filled out!
I forgot my phone/camera yesterday but I did take pictures today. Now I am very tired but very satisfied with everything I accomplished. It is supposed to rain here off and on for the next 3 days so I will have time to recover & get some neglected housework done.
