The rain persists in the Pacific NW with highs barely in the 60’s, but forecast is for 70s this next week so I’m ready ……garden gloves in hand (pun intended)
The Azaleas and Euporbias are coming into their glory now. A few good warm days and they should be at peak bloom. I found a brilliant purple columbine today in the beds that volunteered…what a great surprise. It reminded me in coloration of some of my deep purple clematis with chartreuse stamens.
Our chow Lillian was helping rearrange the pots for me and chasing the chickadees. We made the best of the on and off again drizzle.
