I’ve finally managed to get out in the garden after all the rain we’ve been having. I’ve put my tomato plants outside in the cold frame to start hardening off and have re-potted my chilli plants (see pictiure below). My spuds are looking good (think I’ve managed to rescue them from blight by continually moving them out of the rain). As it was warm and sunny yesterday and dry, yet cloudy today; I’m wondering whether to risk trying to mow the lawn. It will probably look like the Battle of The Somme after I’ve finished with it as the grass is still wet, but there is more rain forecast tonight so I may just take a chance!
