Of all the flowers in my yard each year the lilacs and their intoxicating scent are my absolute favorite …..they never seem to stay nearly long enough though ……The collage is just a combination of the lilac blooms the bleeding heart which is also in bloom currently and of my kitty among the spring leaves beginning to unfurl : )

But this year everything is rather late here, and I haven’t seen a single lilac flower this year.
