Back from Cheraw where I stayed with Ruth for 9 weeks. My roses were a mess-eaten by aphids-blackspot. To day I pruned all roses in back for shape an sprayed for insects. Put down M rose fertilizer on KO roses and on anne’s side. Will use miracle gro on others. KO roses have not showed leaves. I missed seeing the tulips, daffodils and hyacinths bloom-which is my favorite time of year.
Have to plant Dahlias and Caladium. Will purchase annuals for the pots in front and back.
