Anti-bloom day journal entry?

Sunday, 15 Apr 12 Cloudy 18°C / 64°F

I really have nothing against bloom days, I just don’t intentionally participate myself. I did find it amusing that the one event I needed to log today was removing the blooms from plantings. Blooms and buds removed from all 3 first year blueberry plants :)

I planted blueberries this year, too, and they’ve just started getting flowers. So far I haven’t been able to bring myself to pull them all off, though. I suppose I probably should, shouldn’t I.

I knew I was supposed to, but I still called the nursery to double check before I did. ;)
