Meyer Lemon to be graft base

I bought a meyer lemon with the intent of grafting other citrus on to it.

Is there a good pictorial guide on how to do this.

I have donor trees of navel orange, marsh grapefruit, mandarin, kaffir lime and tangelo available.

Would all of these be OK to graft to meyer lemon?
