Still feeling sore after recent illness but desperate to get on with the many chores I see waiting for me.
The Greenhouse needs several panes of glass replaced, Bubble wrap needs to be removed and stored for next year, Windows need washed and a thorough tidy is urgently needed. I really need to sort out my seeds and start sowing especially tomatoes.
The Allotment needs dug over in stages. It was started last summer but is massively overrun with nettles which of course have died back over winter. Will get on with this when fully recovered. The land slopes down towards the river so moved my strawberry patch to the steepest slope. I have approx 30 established plants which moved in July 2011 so hopefully a bumper crop this year. It needs a little TLC but shouldn’t take more than an hour to complete.
The Garlic patch needs weeded and hoed.
The compost heap x 3 need turned
The flower beds all need weeded and hoed too. Oh and the christmas tree is still sitting in its pot waiting for me to dig a nice big hole!
