Trying to remember that I’m more than just a medical student. These last few months have consumed my life, and the training will just continue to get more intense. However, for my February resolution (did New Year’s happen this year?), I’d like to try to balance things a little better overall. A little bit of gardening, a little more conversation, and a lot more exercise if you please.
For bloom day, the crocuses seem to think that it’s actually spring. We’ve had a very odd mild winter, with very little precipitation or true cold. It’s always a bright spot to see them pop up.
Also – first fly of the season. Cats are thrilled!

How nice to see that crocus. We really haven’t had much snow this winter… far less than usual… but the ground is still covered in the white stuff. Can’t wait for spring!
