It has been a while since I last journalled and today, I won’t really be doing a proper one either. My new red kordana rose is blooming and has earned the February Bloom Day badge however, it’s not the only flower in bloom. So I’ll just take this opportunity to add photos of other flowers in the sunroom at the moment. Here they are…
I was in such a rush yesterday, I forgot to add a picture of the cyclamen blooming on my office windowsill. Once I forgot to upload it to flickr, any chance of my remembering here was long gone. It has been added now.

Fantastic! I’m now embarrassed to post my February [garden] blooms as they are pathetic compared to yours. :)

Lovely blooms you have there. SG! Your Amaryllis are lovely, too! I put a picture of my 6 bulbs all flowering today in our living room. All six are the ones with whites stripes down the red petals. Tomorrow they will be joined by another all red one.
I love that rose! it’s so unusual to see one in bloom at this time of year. :-))

I have got to stop everyone from praising me regarding the rose. It wasn’t me! It had nothing to do with my skills as a gardener. The rose bush was a gift from our cats for Valentine’s Day, given to me a week or so ahead. The skill and expertise in getting it to bloom in February was that of Atlantic Superstore and their supplier. The trick for me will be to keep it going until spring, when I will plant it outdoors. The pink kordana rose, I have had since early January and it’s still going strong so… there’s hope for the red, I think.

A gift from the cats for Valentine’s Day! I have to show mine this post as I’m lucky if they remember Mother’s Day! :D

The cats gave me the rose bush but Seville gave me a little extra gift. You should check out Nissy’s last post on his blog.

Great pics, I can just about smell them! I am so looking forward to seeing more colour around my garden. I imagine the daffodils will be the first to oblige
