Thyme and rosemary harvested for a brunch frittata.
Knock wood… I think the rosemary might actually make it back out to the garden in the spring. I’ve never been able to get a plant through the whole winter before but I’m hopeful that this one is big enough and in enough sun to resist the powdery mildew that seems to do them in.
