Excited about that – we saved some from a bag we bought at the grocery last year and let them sprout. We went on youtube and watched several videos on how to grow them. We’ve kept the soil line just below the new growth, adding soil on about a weekly basis. The bottom inch of the bucket is nothing but rocks that we covered with a screen. Hopefully that will keep any water from stagnating down there.
