Today was an anomaly in the Mid-Atlantic weather pattern with an all-day snow/sleet winter mix – according to the weather guy, this was a Nor’easter.

In preparation for Thursday’s 30’s overnight I setup my tarp to cover my pepper plants which still have a few fruits and flowers. I didn’t realize I’d be needing it to keep snow off, so I guess my preparation worked out.
