Rooster Potatoes grown from supermarket bought potatoes which had gone to seed

Sept 27 – Took a careful peek under the soil to establish the status of the crop.
It revealed that growth is progressing well and new potatoes are now golf ball size and
looking very healthy. Without disturbing them too much I would estimate a yield of at least 7 to 8 under the the one stalk I examined. The plot is virgin soil and no fertilizer has been used other than the well digested compost from my “Big Pig” digester. Looking forward to enjoying my first ever home grown potatoes.
