Mixed up Seeds?

Curious if this has happened to others….In my blue veggie garden, I planted tomatoes and peppers primarily….I have no peppers but a ton of tomatillo plants….I only planted one tomatillo in a separate area, from a start. I guess it’s completely possible to have a different seed in a package…
