Received a photo of this tree as background in an advertising email from a gardening site back in spring; however, when I emailed them to ask what it was, I never received a response.

Does anyone here have any idea what it is? Some type of cherry or quince?I’d love to consider planting something like it, so if you have any other suggestions, I’d be glad to hear them as well. Thanks for the help!

You may have to view the original on Picasa to get in close, but it has pink flowers with five leaves (looks to be single) on cherry-like bark just as the leaves are coming out.
