It's like a puzzle now...

Wednesday, 15 Jun 11 Sunny 29°C / 84°F

…how many more plants can I fit in my tiny space?

There are now 31 pots in my Container Garden, housing everything from herbs to wildflowers to tomatoes to potatoes to beans. The Main Bed is chock a flipping block with green onions, tomatoes, peppers, courgettes and chard. The Greens Bed currently holds radishes, cucumbers, peas, baby chard, coriander and lettuce.

And I find myself wanting more pots. A huge long planter for bamboo, for example. Another bed solely for sunflowers. A potato box or three. And corn would be fun too. And winter squash. And some moon and stars melons.

Big dreams, small space. For now.

PS It’s Bloom Day and I am definitely blooming. Both lavenders are go, woohoo!
