Camping, festivals, the lake, rain….Now my garden needs to be weeded bad. My honey found a like new tiller for $350 so I took out part of my fence to get it in there and tilled up as much as I could reach without tearing out plants. Looks much better but I still have to weed a few beds and some rows that were too narrow for the tiller. I got almost halfway down my garden bean rows today before I quit to referee kids. It’s about 100 degrees out now so laundry and other indoor chores before I head out again.
I visited mom not long ago and decided I’m going to have to invest in the Wall-o-waters. Pictures 2 and 3 are of two tomatoes planted the same day, only one has been in the wall-o-water. It is poking out over the top, about 4-5 inches taller than the uncovered one.

Picture 2, 3 mom’s tomatoes
Picture 4 geese at the lake
Picture 5 what kind of bug is this?

Looks like a ladybug larva—a very good bug to have.
