This week’s Harvest:
*1 bunch asparagus
*12 rhubarb sticks
*8 green onions
*1 ‘bucket’ mesculin: leaf lettuce, romaine, oak leaf, mizuna, some kind of mustard, arugula (or could have chosen one head of leaf lettuce)
*1 ‘bucket’ spinach
*Unlimited: chives, lovage, dill, Orchard Hill Tea blend, which mostly seemed to be mint, it’s very nice though and cilantro (blech… didn’t take any of that!)
… and a dozen eggs

I love salsa (especially pico), I just use parsley instead. I’m one of those people for whom cilantro tastes like soap. No kidding, when I eat something with even just a sprinkle of it, it seems like I’m chewing on a bar of soap.
