An abundant radish harvest! Now I have enough to make a favorite dish for dinner tonight, “Mung Dal Puree with Sliced Radishes”… and of course a dinner salad with the radish greens in the mix.

They look great! We just harvested some and are planning to use some of them wilted with a tomato coulis and balsamic reduction, along side butternut squash ravioli. The rest we are going to use in a cream of radish green soup with asiago/walnut crisp.

That sounds wonderful sheepandwool! … Do the greens go in the soup too?.. I had never had radish greens before, but they were really good raw in a salad!
@seeingreen – of course you can come to dinner… ummmm, next time. I just ate :)
Thank you Sass Sower! .. I thought the same thing pulling them out of the ground! :)
