I do! Yesterday my daughter felt like a salad. Course that was after looking at the lettuce growing in the greenhouse. Large beautiful leaves just begged to be picked and eaten. Looking at the lettuce I knew that the leaves were big but looking at them at the table before she cut them….well I had to take a picture. Cause in this case words won’t do it justice. One picture shows the basket of cut lettuce next to the lettuce still growing. Believe it or not but those leaves came from the same plant you see. Looks like it still needs harvesting. The other picture is 4 of the leaves laid out on a paper towel.
