sunflowers damping off, new seeds planted

Maybe it was the bulk-brand peat pellets, maybe last year’s Musicbox seeds were stale? Anyway, most of them damped off so we sowed some Renee’s Garden “Van Gogh” sunflowers in newspaper pots with starter mix. They germinated beautifully and had their true leaves by the time of the party.
