On the one hand, this might not seem like much of a repurpose/reconstruction because she took hoses and used them as, uh, hoses. But on the other, check out what she did with them -- she got old, leaky, mostly trash hoses on Freecycle, did major surgery on them, and used a lot of duck tape to turn them into soaker hoses.
