Problems with Gravatar

I am trying to change my profile picture with Gravatar, but the picture is not showing up on my page, there is just a blank box.
Any idea why this may be happening?

There is a checker here that should make sure that your Gravatar photo is available:
https://en.gravatar.com/site/check/
You will also need to make sure that your Gravatar account is configured for your Folia email address as this is what we use to link the two together.
If it is a new image, it might take a little while to appear across different sites, so it might be a case of leaving it for an hour or so and re-checking.
Let me know how you go – if no luck, drop me your email address and I’ll do some testing on my side to see if I can spot the issue :)

Thanks, nic! The image is there, on Gravatar and Flickr. I don’t know how to check my Gravatar account to see if it is convigured for Folia.
I have changed my profile pic a few times, and never had any problems, but I will PM you my email. It’s really no biggie, whenever you get around to it. Thank you for taking the time to look into this for me. -

Hi – Just checked your email on Gravatar and it all seems correct, so all you will need to do is check that the email you sent to me is the same email as the one on this page (it’s also the one you log in with):
