adding links of this site to other social networking sites

Hi, I’m on Google Plus, and I want to add some sticker or something about Folia to my Google Plus account, so when you look at my Google Plus profile, you’d see the sticker showing that I’m on Folia, and if you click it, it would bring you to my Folia profile. Does anyone know how to do that? Thanks.

Hi MaryRoseRed – there are a couple of blog buttons at the bottom of our goodies page that might do the trick :)

@nic- A while back I think a question was asked about adding a link back to Google Plus like the current Facebook linkage… is the Google Plus API at a point where this is now possible?

hmmm, just had another look to see where they are up to – looks like the API is still very basic (they only have read only, which means we can’t post anything back from Folia)

We’ll keep an eye on this and try to integrate it when it is available. We might in the meantime be able to add a link to Google + on the Folia profile page as an option if anyone else is also interested in this?

Hi Nic, thanks for responding. I’ve been to the goodies page, and didn’t understand how to use them to link to anything. Can you tell me how? To the right of the links I see what looks like programming code, and I don’t know how to do anything like that. I was hoping for a cut and paste sort of process. *

Hi MaryRoseRed I don’t know about a badge, but on my G+ profile on the about page I’ve added a recommended link to my MyFolia page and it seems to work fine. It’s only a text link, but better than nothing :)
