Go to "All questions":http://myfolia.com/questions or use the first link in the drop down - *ADD NEW* _Question_ however... (Edit to add) I've just checked and they are available to subscriber and non-subscriber. The smileys are after the Happiness section, and will appear after you have created the planting. The option is also available in the drop down menu *See all options* when you go to edit an existing planting.
