No, this has not been implemented as yet. I think that I recall that it is not one of the "soon coming" ones. But that isn't too big of a deal. Go to the arrow on the home page tab, click on comments for me. When that pops up, click on comments I have made, and all of your comments will pop up in the order in which you commented with the most recent ones at the top of the first page. I might not log in for a week or more. I also find that in the latest activity box where it says how many comments and faves etc, that I can't tell if they are new ones since I last looked or not.
