Seed Starting Schedule Automation

I just became a subscriber and have high hopes for using folia to better organize my garden planting schedule this year. I was disappointed though that the Plant Wiki doesn’t seem to share information with my seed stash. I’d love if the seed starting schedule used my frost dates in combination with the Wiki “days to transplant” “days to harvest” etc to generate my planting schedule. It seems like with all the information in the Wiki this should be possible and would automatically adjust to a user’s region based on their frost dates.

Funny you should mention this one, I’ve almost got a first draft of the new seed schedule report ready to release (just needs some performance tweaks, and I’ll hopefully have it available for Supporters in the next week or so)
The wiki has for many years not had quite enough data for us to do anything really interesting with – this year however, I think we’ll have just enough in there to do some interesting reports and correlations, so it should be quite exciting!
Keep the suggestions coming and I’ll keep trying to include in my todo list! :)

Pruning would be another good report to produce – as with seeds, the optimum time varies from plant to plant.
A knock on effect of this kind of report would be to encourage people to fill in the wiki where they find gaps for plants they own.

This is an old thread! Just took a look at the announcements to try and re-jog my memory on what new reports I was talking about at the time – I think these are the ones I was referring to as they were posted not long after this one:
