One can never have too many canning and pickling recipes :) I have a small batch Bread and Butter Freezer pickle recipe that I tried last year. I quite liked it. DH doesn't eat pickles, so I stopped wasting my time and money making large batches that just ended up in compost. Have a few jam/conserve recipes that make on average 3 jars (that's just enough for a taste testing, lol) that are different, like marmalade with limes.
